This patient came to the office with broken and worn down teeth. This patient had a habit of grinding his teeth at night and this contributed to his severely worn down dentition. This patient could no longer function properly and was unhappy with his apperance when he smiled.

A complete detailed treatment plan was developed for this patient to ensure the end result would not only restore function to the patient’s teeth but also give the patient a beautiful smile that he would be proud of for years to come.

Dr. Fealy used a combination of all ceramic crowns, porcelains veneers and porcelain fused to gold crowns to reconstruct this patient’s teeth. From the photos shown, the final result is plain to see, a very happy, smiling patient.

This patient was missing her lateral incisors and did not wish to have traditional bridges placed. Dr. Fealy and the patient decided that two dental implants would be the ideal way to restore the missing teeth.

The first phase of the treatment was the placement of the dental implants. This was followed several months later by the placement of the posts and crowns. The patient was very happy with the esthetic result as Dr. Fealy was able to achieve both natural looking teeth and an improved smile.

Laura came to the office, unhappy with her smile. At the intial examination Dr. Fealy realized that previous dental restorations were not as esthetic as the patient would have liked as they were very large when compared with her other natural teeth. This patient also had retained her primary molars (baby teeth) which contributed to the imbalance in her appearance when she smiled.

Dr. Fealy designed the ideal smile using a diagnostic wax-up on study models prior to treating the patient. A detailed treatment plan was created by Dr. Fealy. The primary molars were removed and implants were placed. The anterior tissue was recontoured to allow for more natural looking restorations.

This patient was very happy with her new smile.

John was unhappy with his smile as he suffered from worn down and broken teeth. His gum tissue around the front teeth was very uneven which contributed to the overall poor appearance of his smile. He had history of heavy grinding.

Dr. Fealy created a detailed treatment plan for John which included the reshaping of his gum tissue as well as restoring John's bite to the proper position.

The new teeth were created using proper esthetic and restorative principles. All ceramic materials were selected to enhance the cosmetic appearance of the teeth.

The result, a beautiful smile and now the patient is able to chew and function normally without discomfort.
